To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original packaging.
In the same condition as when received.

Please note that Crest Kitchenware reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a replacement or refund.
For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
Food-contact items (e.g., utensils, containers, appliances with contact surfaces)
Personal-use appliances
Custom or special-order products

To initiate a return:
Email us at info@crestkitchenware.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Attach clear photos (if the product is defective or damaged).
Our team will respond with return authorization and instructions.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
If your return is rejected (for example, due to use, damage not reported, or missing packaging), we’ll notify you and return the product to you.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may incur additional delivery charges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the product and packaging so we can assess and resolve the issue quickly.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Crest Kitchenware adheres to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, ensuring fairness, transparency, and your right to safe, high-quality goods.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the CPA.
