We proudly offer Free nationwide delivery across South Africa through our trusted courier partners.
Whether you’re in a major city or a smaller town, we aim to make sure your order arrives securely and on time.
Orders are processed and dispatched on the same day if we receive the order before 3:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed and dispatched the next day. Orders placed and paid for after 3:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
Free nationwide delivery within 2-5 days.
Tracking details will be provided after your order ships, so that you can track your order.
Free Delivery on All Orders! The price you see is the price you pay, as we cover all shipping costs to your address.
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check your details to avoid delays.
Deliveries take place on weekdays only (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
Someone must be available at the address to receive and sign for the parcel.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may reschedule or request collection from a designated pick-up point.
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Crest Kitchenware cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier backlogs, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
In such cases, our customer support team will keep you updated and work with the courier to resolve any issues promptly.
At this time, Crest Kitchenware delivers only within South Africa.
If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy accordingly.
